We share this lovely collage (sent in by a client) of an ongoing sunroom makeover in a charming Spanish-style classic for two reasons: (1.) to remind you to take lots of photos as a project progresses so that you have a record of the work, and (2.) to encourage anyone in the middle of what invariably seems like an endless cycle of debris, dust and runaway costs! Remodel projects are often complex, messy and time-consuming, even a bit scary. It’s great if you aren’t occupying the site at the time, but most of us are living in the houses we are fixing up. But hang in there! The results, way more often than not, are well worth the trouble! So make yourself a brag book!
